Privacy policy

Fluvex LTD (“Fluvex”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and through our WhatsApp and email channels. Our registered office is 182–184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us when you enquire — typically your name, business name, phone number and email address.
• Details about the website you want built, the content you send us, and any correspondence with us.
• Basic technical data when you visit this site (such as pages viewed and device type), if analytics are enabled. This site does not use advertising cookies.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote (legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract).
• To design, build, host and support your website (performance of a contract).
• To keep business and tax records we are legally required to keep (legal obligation).

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with suppliers who help us deliver the work — for example hosting, domain and email providers — and only as far as needed. Where a project requires it, we may set up accounts in your name with your permission.

Retention

Enquiry details are kept for up to 12 months if you do not become a client. Client project records are kept for the life of the engagement and then for as long as UK accounting rules require (normally six years).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email business@hello.fluvexdesigns.store. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

This site stores one small value in your browser’s session storage so that the opening animation plays once per visit. It is not a tracking cookie and is cleared when you close the tab.
