Terms of business

These terms apply to website design, development, hosting and support work carried out by Fluvex LTD (company number 17245843, registered office 182–184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA). A written quote or proposal we send you, once you accept it, forms the contract together with these terms.

Quotes and prices

• Package prices shown on this website (Launch £497, Grow £997, Signature £1,997) are one-time project fees for the scope described. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts.
• Prices are in GBP. VAT is not currently charged. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, stock assets or paid plugins are shown separately.
• A deposit of 50% is due before work begins; the balance is due before the site goes live unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Your responsibilities

• Supplying text, images, logos and access details when asked, and confirming you have the right to use them.
• Reviewing designs and staging links and giving feedback within a reasonable time so the project stays on schedule.

Revisions and approval

Each package includes the design rounds described in its scope. Once a stage is approved in writing (email or WhatsApp is fine), further changes to that stage are treated as additional work. We will always tell you before anything becomes chargeable.

Timescales

Indicative build times are shown on this website. They depend on content arriving on time and on prompt feedback. We will tell you promptly if anything changes a delivery date.

Ownership

When the final invoice is paid you own the website design and the content you supplied. Third-party code, fonts and stock assets remain under their own licences. Fluvex may show the finished work in its portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Hosting, domains and support

Post-launch support included with each package covers fixing faults in work we delivered. Hosting and domain services are billed as stated in your quote and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. You can move your site to another provider at any time; we will help with a reasonable handover.

Liability

We build carefully and test before launch, but we cannot guarantee a particular level of sales, enquiries or search rankings. Our total liability under a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Work completed up to the cancellation date is payable; deposits cover work already started and are non-refundable once design has begun.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
